With World Fair Trade Day quickly approaching (May 11, with events in the USA taking place May 4 thru May 19), your Product Issues Committee has chosen Canaan Fair Trade for our PIC Pick of the Season. This organization is working with Palestinian farmers, creating incentives to produce a high quality product, and striving to re-establish traditional sustainable farming for Palestinian farmers to earn a living wage.
